Bestbuy.com Sellin Alienware???

If you buy an Alienware computer either buy the BestBuy extended warranty or hope that you never ever have to deal with the Alienware customer service. I have not had a good experience with them, and it seems as though others have not have good luck either (check comments on resellerratings.com for Alienware).

Sorry if you think I'm crapping, but I just want to warn others.

Can you really blame either of the companies? Alienware is making a buck, and Best Buy is making a buck. If you don't like it, don't buy it.

In a post a few weeks back, a person indicated that Best Buy has formed some sales agreements. These agreements will allow other vendors to sell their merchandise off the Best Buy Web site.

i don't blame the stores...most companies make all their money off of all the stupids out there...but they can't fool the people on anandtech (hot deals)
