I'm a RZ member and didn't get anything like this...so who knows. Probably more of BB's strategic marketing.

I know a lot of people have used these successfully, but I always seem to get stuck in the exclusions and the saleskids and managers look for any possible way to interpret how not to apply it. It's amazing that a 10% off coupon for a major retailer is basically a YMMV.

Yesterday I was in BB and one of the employees came up and did a quick survey of whether I liked shopping there. I let her have it, and mentioned stuff like this, how their employees try their best to stop you from using a coupon that the company sends you. My other favorite is all of the restrictions on using RZ certificates-one time they said I couldn't use them on a sale-priced item!

Here's a few things this works on:

Windows Vista? Ultimate - Windows : $399.99 - $40.00 = $359.99
Microsoft - The Xbox 360 (Premium) : $399.99 - $40.00 = $359.99
Activision - Xbox 360 Guitar Hero II (Preorder) : $89.99 - $9.00 = $80.99
Westinghouse - 47" 1080p Flat-Panel LCD HD Monitor : $1899.99 - $190.00 = $1708.99 (Free shipping!)
Panasonic - 50" Plasma HDTV : $1999.99 - $200.00 = $1799.99
God of War II - PlayStation 2 : $49.99 - $5.00 = $44.99

Not sure if it will still work, but I was able to use this coupon with the 22" LG LCD panel they have on sale today with instore pickup.

After taxes it ended up being $330.00.

Not bad considering I just purchased one from Newegg for $369 and it was $385 with shipping.

The coupon specifically states that monitors are excluded. But it worked.
