hey guys,

recently i ordered the free AR 52x cdrom from BB. After about a week and a half of being on backorder it was eventually cancelled. However now i see it on the website being sold again!! did i miss something here or is it normal practice to cancel backorders after a certain amount of time?

i wasnt going to give this much thought since i didnt REALLY need it anyways, i just decided to post this after reading someone else's BB rant. =)

Do you have the email from them saying it was on backorder? Just email to customer service and hope they can do something for you.

Stores seem to be jerks when there's full rebates on stuff :<
