Best zucchini bread recipe?

My wife has a recipe written down, somewhere. I don't know where. She's at work. My job: make zucchini bread today. I don't bake 1 or 2 loaves; I have a half bushel of zucchini, 15 pounds of flour, plenty of sugar, and I'm ready to make a LOT of loaves of bread (it freezes quite nicely to be eaten later; unlike zucchini itself)


Anyone have a favorite recipe?
 
I forget the recipe right now but our family recipe calls for adding walnuts to the mix....mmmm it's so good 😀
 
Yeah, I tried google... there are thousands of recipes. Oh well, I guess I'm just going to have to blindly pick one out of the thousands.

Oh wait, it's not thousands. It's 2.5 million recipes.
