So far for me, when I was around 15-17 a couple years ago - lived in a very nice neighborhood, had some friends and we all went outside and did something for a couple summers in a row, whether it was playing some sport or biking, venturing into the wilderness, wrestling/fighting, etc. I've moved from that neighborhood and probably won't experience that same happiness, ever.

Looking forward to whenever I get married, spend time with the wifey doing things which might surpass that experience.

So, what are the best years of your life, and are you looking forward to any?

Great times happened around 7th-8th grade, high school sucked, college is the bomb.

Last year of highschool (did really well made a number of friends) + Last 3 years working retail job. Depression and anxiety problems made most of all the other years hell.

I don't know... I think that I'm having a pretty good time right now! I'm on a mission to make up for some lost time and enjoy myself as much as possible.

Now.

Happily remarried, nice house and car, great job, positive cash flow. Going to have kids in the next few years. :)

Senior year of high school up to current date...that's going on five years now. I'd consider that a pretty good run. :D

Honestly though, the best time of my life was the summer after my freshman year of college. I'd just started a great new relationship. I worked two jobs; 1) Maintenance at a cement company -- getting paid to mow the lawn and look busy and 2) Intern at a TV news station -- shadowing a reporter at $8/hr. I rode my motorcycle every day and took road trips on it across the state to visit aforementioned girlfriend. I didn't have a care in the world and I was making decent money. The weather also seemed really nice that summer.

I wouldn't say that I've had any "best years" of my life. They're getting better, though. With luck, maybe next year or the year after will qualify. Failing that, in another 6-7 years.

Everything year up until College. When in college you have to worry about your future, which includes a job, a place to live and possibly a planned family

As a kid your parents took care of all that stuff. You don't have to think about food, clothing, shelter or anything. Go to school go home and go have fun.
