Best/Worst Leftovers

I think pizza is the best and Chinnese food is the worst. The noodles and rice are like rocks the next day 🙁

IMO there really isnt anything that i consider a "BAD" leftover, as long as its not like 3 months old its all good

Some things just don't warm up in the microwave good at all. Even though they were great the day before.

I don't see eye to eye with my father on many things. He didn't take me to the park to play ball much, or help me build model airplanes. What we did have bonding us together is food. Knowing that I have little ways to support myself, I am always appreciative when Dad makes a 25lb tray of eggplant parm, or even a little sandwich on a night like tonight. Thank you. 🙂

Chinese food is great if you get the real stuff, not the stuff they sell in carts or the corner stores.

Otherwise, Italian is awesome (its too simple), Vietnamese is a bit too spicy (same, mostly rice with stuff that you can recook) but otherwise good, pizza I've had too much of..

Pizza = better cold from the fridge.
Fried chicken = better cold from the fridge.

Leftover breadsticks from Olive Garden = excellent building material for brick masons.😀

EDIT: Leftover Chicken Fried Rice is not bad cold from the fridge either.

I think anything deep fried, espeically french fries and breadded fish are the worse reheated in the microwave. Actually, just about any type of seafood is horrible in the microwave.

A big tub-o-chilli is my favorite leftover. It seems to grow in flavor and is so much better the next day after chillin in the fridge over night.

oddly, no leftovers in my fridge.
But, too many eggs. Wayyy too many eggs. We even had eggs for dinner tonight to get rid of some of them. Friggin chickens are laying a dozen a day.

Hrmmmm....I never have steak leftovers, so it's not a problem. But yes, microwaving steaks should be a criminal offense.

Burgers aren't bad if you drop the power setting down and "slow cook" them instead of just zapping them on high.
