Decided I don't want or have the time to build a custom home office pc. Realtor who will need it for office work, many programs and browsing tabs open at once, dual screen, basic graphic design, light video editing. Budget is ideally under $1000. I don't usually buy prebuilt so I have no idea what bands are reliable etc. Any recommendations would be much appreciated. Most important factor is reliability and the ability to open and troubleshoot myself without voiding the warranty. Thank you for any feedback!

Pretty much any modern computer with integrated graphics will handle that. At least 16GB RAM should allow you to keep multiple apps open without slowdown. Is Windows compatibility required? Because a M1 Mac Mini would work well. I've had a few Dells in the past, and had no issues with them.

Probably not the best, but around your budget. Don't settle with anything with 8GB RAM.

Dell OptiPlex 3080 SFF Desktop Computer – i5-10505, 16GB RAM, 512GB NVMe SSD + 500GB HDD, 4K Monitor Support DisplayPort, HDMI, VGA, DVD, AC Wi-Fi, Bluetooth - Windows 10 Pro

use 500GB HDD as NVME system disk's backup

or

Dell OptiPlex 3080 SFF Windows 10 Pro Business Small Form Factor Desktop, Intel Hexa-Core i5-10500 up to 4.5GHz (Beat i7-8700), 16GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB HDD + 1TB PCIe SSD, DVDRW, WiFi Adapter, DisplayPort

i5-10505 Processor

I went with this Dell XPS at $938.82 after $100 AAA member coupon, tax, and free shipping:
  • processor

    12th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-12600K (20 MB cache, 10 cores, 16 threads, 3.70 to 4.90 GHz Turbo)
  • laptop

    Windows 11 Home, English
  • videocard

    Intel® UHD Graphics 770
  • memory

    16 GB, 2 x 8 GB, DDR5, 4400 MHz; up to 128 GB (add'l mem sold separately)
  • harddrive

512 GB, M.2, PCIe NVMe, SSD
  • fallbackcolor

460W Night Sky Bezel Chassis not including optical drive
I hope the PSU is half decent, but otherwise I'm happy with the specs for the price. I have a 1 TB HDD and an optical drive I can add. Couldn't have built it cheaper really. Anyways thanks for the advice
