Best window fan?

I currently have a different model bionare window fan very similar to this one:

Bionaire-BW2300

I was wondering if there was anything better than this fan out there? After googling a bunch I can't seem to find anything much else aside other bionare window fans with 3 fans:

Does anyone know of a window fan better than the Bionaire-BW2300?

Or has anyone used both the twin fan and the three fan model? Can you please tell me if the 3 fan does a better job at pushing air out?

I honestly haven't looked into it, but you've piqued my curiosity. What sort of Gold Rube-berg or Rube-Goldberg inspiration do you intend for this?

um I just want the window fans to exhaust the hot air from the top of my room outside of my apartment.

These fans will sit at the top of my window and hopefully be blowing hot air out.

There is a lot to be said for flow-through ventilation, just remember it'll be pulling air in from somewhere too if you have allergies or such. I'd try and find one to test drive before buying, the noise might be a bother.

I've had a very similar twin fan from bionare in my room for 3-4 years now, I'm now looking for a replacement and a stronger fan is all.

Can anyone help with recommendations?

Ya know . .. I'm sorry . . . really! And there isn't an "appliances" forum, so this belongs here. I just thought he wanted to get a big radiator for his computer . . .

Now . . . . We just replaced a 30-year-old refrigerator with a 21st century wonder. And . . it's a small kitchen, but we got this bad boy to FIT!! I was only disappointed because it wouldn't download an "app" to watch the "Food" channel while I putter around to make tomorrow's spaghetti sauce.

Hey! It's "Cases and Cooling!" [Can I yuck it up a bit?]😀

Almost all of those twin/triple-fan window fans are junk. They'll fall apart in a couple of years. I collect electric fans from the 1980s and I can attest they just don't make them like they used to.

Probably the best new window fan you can buy today is the Air King 9166:

It'll run you about $200, though.

If you're willing to buy used, try looking for a Lakewood HV-18-WR (pictured below). These were manufactured between about 1987 and 2005, and they turn up on eBay fairly regularly. Expect to pay about $100 + shipping.

If you want a smaller twin window fan, try one by Marvin - these tend to be a cut above the Chinese brands in terms of quality.

well okay then 🙁 Thanks for sharing your information, I really appreciate it!

I for one am glad to see sharing of good gear info, especially as newer gear will likely tend to be cheaply made and more expensive.

For modern inside fans I like Vornado, at least the little one I have has been running non-stop for a few years. It sits on a tall shelf unit and moves air down a staircasae towards the thermostat 🙂

OP is just trying to get ambient air temps cooler for his case temps 🙂
