I know I used to use Adrenaline Vault, haven't been there in awhile. File Planet is good, but almost too popular (you have to wait in line for everything and the speeds are slow).
 
Fileshack, it's estimated wait time is reliable, unlike Fileplanet's where multiplying by 3+ seems to be the norm.

agreed cuz most of the times I get good links with fast DL speeds and no registration hassles or required 3rd party DL utilties. Most of the times when I DL from download.com I get 700-800kiloBYTES/sec. But, its usually ftp links.
It's also nice to have at least a little bit of user feedback. Most of the main game demo DL's I do though are directly from the developer's web site.
