What's the best site to go to for good, professional website designs / templates? I want to build it, but I need a template.

Whoa that place looks pretty cool. Cheap as hell too. I'll have to keep that in mind in the future when people ask me to make them a website and I have no time

there are other ones that you can pay for, like templatemonster.

You can pay for professional designs, too. They look great!
