Best Website deal and opinions?

I saw over on Hot Deals that Godaddy has domain registration for only 6.95/yr - sounds like a good price to me.

I've been meaning to create my own website for quite a while, but just haven't had the time.

I don't want to miss out on my chosen domain name, so I'd like to get this done soon.

My needs are not great, I just plan on making an extremely basic site with some information for my fantasy football league friends to look at. I may add family pictures down the road, but not very many.

All in all, I don't imagine my site would be more than 5-10mb and with very little traffic.

I don't care about a lot of the advanced things, cost is my main concern. Since I don't plan on doing much, I'd like to not pay much either. I just want my own domain with a long term low cost plan.

Any suggestions?

There are a few budget web host providers, how much can you afford monthly or yearly?

I like ICDSoft. For $5/month, you get 333MB of disk space and something like 5GB of bandwidth and unlimited e-mail address (great for managing spam).
