My girlfriend has a mac, I have a PC, and I wanna web chat with her, I tried AIM, but the quality is not too great 🙁 Are there any other programs that can be used like this that offer better video quality ?

Google Video plugin for Google Chat, the one in your browser? No idea if there's a plugin for a Mac though. I find it's easy to use and it works really good. And it has widescreen 😛
