Best Web Design Services

I need to have a new web site created for my company. What's the best web design company? My budget is around $2000. I need the site to allow for online ordering of products, sending newsletters, forums, and of course housing lots of information about the company and what it does.

That's going to be quite a bit more than $2000. Web developers/designers go for about $150 an hour.

I think it is doable for that price if it is a matter of integrating existing scripts for most of the work (newletter, shopping cart).
