Get the right perks and you could just about unload the whole thing in one turn. Fallout 3 had Lincoln's Repeater, which was a great gun as well, but it didn't feel as special because the ammo for it was so rare. Speaking of Fallout, a fully upgraded Turbo Plasma Rifle was pretty much king of weapons in the first game. Last edited: May 18, 2011
