Best way under Vista 64-bit to crunch Blu-Ray?

I've successfully used X264 to compress ripped DVD images. For the life of me, I can't find ANYTHING that will do the same for ripped ISO Blu-Ray files under Vista. I have one that's 25 GB and another that comes in over 40 GB! I'd like to offload these to an external storage. I've scoured the Web and there are some sites that CLAIM to tell you how to do it, but in every case they've required astonishing collections of downloads, make you jump through enormous hoops and have failed every time. So is there any hope?
