need to find a file on a relative's computer, but he emptied his recycle bin and defragged the hard drive.

i am trying winundelete but that can't find it, anything else?

man i feel for u. my friend's hd just took a shiat. this is the second time he's had a hd take a turd dive on him. first time was a maxtor that come from his viao desktop. died.... got rma. it was nice of them to upgrade him from a 13gb to an 18gb drive, but eventually, that hd started making wierd noises so i got that one rma'ed too. this time, they sent back a 30gb drive. woohoo right? well... last week, it decided to failed SMART and windows would never detected it again (even though the bios sees it just fine).
