Best way to transfers large files (beside FTP and Hotline)

What is the best way to transfer large files between people? ICQ and AIM suck big time, as the speeds flucuate too much. I can't get HotLine to work, since whenever I hit CONNECT TO SERVER, it freezes up on me and I have to reboot my computer. FTP server is too much of a hassle to setup, accts, etc.

If I could get HotLine to work, that would be probably the best, but since I can't get that freakin' thing to work, what is the best alternative?

Check out my friend's frat brother's program... it's sort of a replacement for scour. You basically share with everyone though. Jblurb

you know I was thinking too.. since I want to transfer large files between friends privatly.

I would go with FTP, its worth the setup hastle.. also I havent had any bandwith problems with ICQ/AIM

ftp definatly. although, you could just burn a cd and physically send it.
