Best way to transfer info?

I need to transfer info from one hard drive to another. Both computers are in working condition, one with XP and one with ME. What is the easiest way to do this? Thanks for your expertise.

easier to transfer the ME to XP hard drive, set the ME drive to slave and grab all the stuff to your hard drive with XP on it...should work...but not vice versa since ME can't read NTFS, IIRC

The best way would be through a network if you have lot of data to transfer.

If you're on a 100+ mb/s network just use that, or put one hd into the other pc and transfer that way.

Yep, I would put "burning cds" at number 2 if you only need to move at the most a gig or two.
