Best Way to Sync in this scenario?

Here is my setup:

1-iMac with 3TB
(Master Data Repository, backed up to Crashplan (locally(4), online(7), time capsule(3))

2-Laptop with 512GB
(Gets data from 64GB sandisk (8) or 2TB passport(5))

3-Time Capsule 3TB
(off computer crashplan backup, could also use for time machine but I've never used time machine for anything)

4-2TB passport
(local crashplan backup)

5-2TB passport (laptop carry copy of Master Data)
(encrypted workable copy of Master Data (non crashplan))

6-2TB passport (extra stuff that is less important and doesn't need back ups)
(movies and other files that I don't care too much about)

7-Crashplan Online
(completely offsite backup)

8-64GB Sandisk ( my "working directory" for files I'm immediately working on, always with me, synched to Master Data Repository periodically)

Crashplan keeps 1,3,4 in perfect duplication.

But I need a way to keep 1 and 5 synched up for if I make changes on my laptop and also a way to synch 1 and 8.

Can you recommend a program/service that will scan (1 and 5) and (1 and 8) and just transfer the altered files?

Does using Crashplan make Time Machine redundant? Are there any perks to using Time Machine in my current set up?

Any recommendations for making this process simpler or is it pretty good as is in terms of data security?

The perks of Time Machine (sorry, don't have much for you on the rest of your setup) is that it's on your local network, so recovery is faster.

Restoring from Time Machine is built into the system at a low level, not just rebuilding the whole OS, but also recovering individual files, or versions of files. So, Crashplan offers roughly that capability, but Time Machine is more native.

I've read a lot about Time Machine corrupting over time due to how they use file hard links in a non standard way.

I threw down for Carbon Copy Cloner and slipped that into my regimen to account for the zero down time aspect that Time Machine provides and took out the local CrashPlan dedicated drive.

Now I have (iMac + CCC iMac (both encrypted and bootable)) that has Master Data.

I have encrypted and non-bootable Master Data from Crashplan on Crashplan Online and On my Time Capsule.

I have the encrypted portable laptop drive but not sure how to synch it with Master Data easily/automatically.

Now I need an easy way to have multi-OS (OSX, Win, Linux at least) popup encryption on my flash drive.
