FoneTrans - I've been using this for about 8 months. It is much easier to manage my ios devices with FoneTrans than iTunes. Works ok, no better but no worse than a bunch of others. Wow, that is not what I got out of that statement. I thought it was a question about a DLNA server.

I would imagine iTunes would handle either transferring or streaming from a PC to an iPad.

Maybe like the photo stream you get when you have multiple iOS devices or set them up as a family. If you have a mac I think iCloud can do that.
