Best way to split up an episodic DVD?! (family guy)

How can I copy the DVD that I already have of a season of Family Guy to my computer and then split it into individual episodes? What is the best/easiest way? Thanks
 
Where are the cellphones that support H.264 already? I thought the codec was also developed for use on cells.
