Best way to sign up for some spam?

Lets say I want to sign up for as much spam as possible, what are some good places to do such a thing?

Uh...remember what happend to Texmaster ?? He was accused of signing someone up from these forums to spam sites. Unfortuantely, the spam/pr0n sites were legit, and recoreded his IP address which matched the IP address he used to post from these forums.

On a side note, check out this http://www.hotlinker-hell.com - one of these popups will put you on a spam for life list.

Is that what happened to him? I never liked him anyways, all he did was want to argue.
