is there anything better than USPS global express? shipping weight should be less than 1lb.

if the recipient is willing to pay for it UPS Air and Fedex Air both include the brokerage fees. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING VIA FEDEX GROUND OR UPS GROUND

But yeah, USPS will be the best as both UPS and FedEx will charge more as well as a BS $35 "brokerage fee" to have it cleared through customs; stick with USPS (they hand off to Canada Post once it's across the border)

EDIT: As RaynorWolfcastle said, that applies to ground only not express

USPS is indeed the way to go.

UPS & Fedex can go f*ck themselves, as they will rape the person receiving the item with fees.
