Best way to ship a big heavy object?

I've got a guitar amp I need to sell sometime this week. It's around 80lb, where would I go to ship something like this?
 
Just make sure you pack it well. I have had great luck with UPS. Anyway, all mail services(UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS) have a tendency to throw around packages....that is what insurance is for....
 
Still confused...I rarely ship anything. When I do it's just a little computer part that I drive down to Mail Boxes Etc. for.

This thing I can barely pick up myself, does ups/fedex come to my house and do it for me? Do I buy the box at the post office, and pack it myself?
