Best way to share Cable Modem

Here's the situation: I have a phoneline network set up and perfectly running. Currently I am sharing Inet w/ M$ ICS but i hate it i also hated the proxy software that it came wit. So what is the best prog out there that i can use to share my Cable Modem?

Get a hardware router. You can get one with 4 port switches from 79-99 bucks. That way you don't have to have one computer on all the time.

Sygate, I swear by it. Waht OS are you using? Sygate is a full feature software that allows sharing, shared resources, and has a built in firewall. I would give it a try.

The router solution also works with a ethernet to HPNA bridge but its gonna cost extra (about $100). Theres a lot of software out there. Some recommend Freesco.
