Best way to setup Wireless Internet access for guests?

We want to setup a wireless router outside our main firewall so that when we have out of town business guests, that we can at least give them wireless internet access. My original plan was to simply enable WEP encryption, and create business cards that could be given out to guests when they come that would have the SSID name and WEP key on it, then they could configure the connection themselves. I don't want to enable MAC filtering as it would be a pain in the arse for both parties.

Is there an easier, more secure way of going about this?

My goal is to make it easy for non technical, out of town guests to use yet keeping it at least somewhat secure. Again, it will be located outside our firewall...

All tips and suggestions are welcome...

We will be using a D-Link DI-784 Wireless router in case any of you were wondering...

Using encrpytiong and relying on users to add the key's etc.. is just asking for headaches.

Unencrypted but use a captive portal and just give the users an account to logon via the webpage portal.

Google captive portal. You can use a light horsepower Linux distro to do most of the work.

NoCat for instance. I believe it's nocat.net
