Best way to setup a recovery partition and a usb thumb drive script?

I'm wanting to take off lease business machine I buy that come with COA and sometimes recovery discs and make a recovery partition that can be hidden from users but be called up via a usb drive with an auto run script to recover the system should it ever need a "format".

Just looking for any input or ideas how this could be done easily.

I plan on using norton32.exe (ghost) or acronis to do the images to be stored in the hidden partition.
