I've been hearing more and more about scammer/scammee stories lately and i've been wondering what's the best way to allow yourself to recover from being scammed. I know that paypal does have the complaint process, and it has worked for me once in the past. But, are there any unforeseen limitations to the money recall? For example, if the scammee says that they never received any tracking info, can't the scammer just send a bogus package to the scammee's house just so that there's a verifyable tracking number?
If paypal's not the best way, what is? I know it's not a money order (not even one from the usps) because i've been through that route and nothing resulted from my fraud claim.
