Best way to securely wipe a memory card?

Just format it.

If you're that worried, create a text file just filled with key-thrashing trash in the exact size the card can hold and copy it to it, then format it... and repeat as many times necessarry to make you feel comfortable.

Yes, I know you answered your question, but if you're that worried about being able to recover content from the memory card, you shouldn't be getting rid of it in the first place. Things can still be recovered from multiple wipes on a memory card.

There isnt anything bad at all, i just dont want people looking through my personal pics if possible...

Just drag a bunch of files to fill it up, format it. Do it again, format it, again, format it. And it should be ok.
