Best Way To Routinely Install WinXP OS and Software

I usually pick up new hardware for my many computers and have to send my HP laptop in for service. This usually requires me to work on a new install of Windows in order to get my desktops working or to load the default HP OS before I send my laptop in. Therefore, I was wondering if anyone had some tips on how to quickly reinstall Windows XP by saving setup options. Additionally, is there any way to automate other programs installation (like MS Office, Zone Alarm, Nero, ...). Any help would be appreciated!

Very nice, I'm going to try this as well, though I recently just created a DVD with a fairly clean GHOST image.
