Best way to repair the OS

I'm running Windows 7 on two computers. My son tried to remove Kaspirski Anti Virus and did it incorrectly. It caused many problems. Due to the amount of installed software, I really don't want to wipe and start over. Is there a way to repair or replace missing DLL files. I'm getting the JSCRIPT.DLL missing among others. Is there some type of a repair disk or program that I can use to restore the operating system? I tried the RESTORE command but without success. I put in the OEM Windows 7 (64 bit) disk and said repair and it did a few repairs, but didn't seem to get everything. Any thoughts?

sfc /scannow

this and if it happened to me then I would boot into safemode and do I find inside of regedit and find every instance of kaspersky installed.

If you do not want to do it by hand then use ccleaner.

This kind of accident always think...... will it cost more time to reinstall the OS or to repair the OS? .......
