Best way to remove ramsinks and HSF off my Gainward GF3 Ti200??

i just got a CORB and the ramsinks from ZXMODS.com

and wanted to know the best way to remove the ramsinks and the HSF off my video card

i dont want to do that freezer trick

is there any other way to do it??

and i am using Artic Silver Alumina Adhesive
do i put that on the CORB to or do i use Artic Silver Alumina Compound??

I used pliars to get my stock ramsinks off my gainward gf3 ti200. grab the ramsink with pliars and twist back and fourth, they come right off. Their are two plastic clips holding the fan on. They can be a bitch to get off. The easyist way is to clip them off with some toenail clippers from the back of the board. Only use the adhesive on the ramsinks, use the two clips that came with your' fan to hold your' crystal orb on. I used arctic silver III on the heat sink fan.
