prying it off with a screwdriver is NOT the best way. Unless of course you're taking the badges off someone else's car w/o their permission :|

maybe the logo is ugly or looks misplaced. I doubt anyone takes an emblem off their car in hopes that someone passing by will mistaken their car for a ferrari because there's no emblem on it

If you saw my car, you would understand.

They are gold emblems that look ugly as fuk on my car.

Also the dealers put their emblems on their too. They don't get any
free advertisement from me.

After you use the hairdryer or sun and floss technique, go to your local auto store and get some 3M bug and tar remover. Walmart sells it next to the bondo stuff. It also goes by adhesive remover, 3M is about the only brand I know of, unless you want to substitute a pure solvent. Also remember to rinse the area off right after.

Also remember to wax that area after, if the stuff can remove adhesive, bug and tar, it will remove wax.

Some jackass snagged the stock old turbo badge off the back of my Toyota once, I was pissed. (it actually had holes that it mounted into so the paint started to peel) I had to buy a new one off of ebay, and I'm sure my old one is cruising around on some buttfag's riced out civic. :|:|:|

Best way would be to park the car in a ghetto neighborhood with a sign saying "FREE EMBLEMS"

I see no point in advertising for free for a car dealer. S/he has ripped you off enough when you bought the car. Why advertise on behalf of the dealership for free?

Ditto for a .. say, Toyota. Why should you advertise for a Toyota after paying 1000's of $$ for it?

I would advertise for a product if I was getting paid to do so. Period.
