Whats the best way to remove a thermalright xp-90 heatsink. The 4 prongs that hold it to the plastic base are really strong, and I really think there has to be an easier way to remove it then unscrewing the plastic base.

I remove my XP-90/XP-120's by:

1) Removing the fan,

2) Applying a fair amount of downward pressure on the heatsink to hold it in position,

3) Using a well fitted flat blade screwdriver to pry downward and then pivot outward on the metal clips.
