Best Way to remember facts?

I have to memorize about 100 grammar terms, and another 60 poetic terms by tuesday, and homecoming dance is tomorrow, plus have work before it.

Any ideas on how I can get all this stuff memorized in that amount of time? Usually I just write definitions over and over by hand to memorize them, but it's very time-consuming.


Help?

just write them all out on one sheet, write the defs on another sheet, and try to go up and down both sheets from memory.

Not a bad idea...I've heard that typing things over and over again helps, too.

yea write it out a few times. Repeat the word several times in your head with your eyes closed, then do the same with the definition

I've found that the secret to remembering facts is memorizing them.

I swear, some of these have the toughest names...

"anacrusis" and "Amphibrach"
