Best way to recover old Microsoft money password?

So I have a backup file saved from an old version of Microsoft Money. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password and can't open the file. Is anyone familiar with a program or service that I can use to try to recover the password? I have tried Google but most programs/services are either expensive or kinda shady looking. Anyone know a cheap or free program/service that i can use to recover the password from this Money backup fille? Thanks for your help!
