Best way to put venting holes in the side of a case?

My case is stripped and the powder coater is sussed.

All i need to do now is put some venting holes in the side of my HQ-08.

Obviously i could just get a hole punch or a drill and do it myself (or maybe a Dremmel). I would prefer to have everything perfectly symmetrical as if machine cut.

Who would i see about this? A sheet metal worker?

Why not a shot gun? If that doesn't work for you, and you really want vent holes rather than a blow hole, I'd go to a sheet metal shop.
