Best way to play game consoles on computer monitor?

I have a laptop and its connceted to my dell 1900FP 19" LCD. I'd like to play PS2 on my monitor, and I kno I'm not expecting some amazing quality, just I don't have space for a TV.

My options:
Huppaunge USB TV tuner
ATI TV Wonder USB
Scan convertor (ie VGA box)

Which would be the best bet? Would USB be too slow, I've heard that the audio and video isn't always in sync. Also for scan convertors, which one shoudl I get?

For the USB stuff you can plug the audio directly in to your soundcard. I'm not sure how well the video will work. I have a Happauge PCI card and it works fine for PS2, doesn't look anywhere near as good as a TV though.
