Best way to overclock Athlon 1.4 AYHJA ....

I have been tolded that my procssor can be overclocked to a higher speed.

I currently am running an Epox 8k7a, 512 Megs of Crucial memory ( (2) 256 meg modules (registered) ), Leadtek GForce 2 GTS video card, and have a Valcano 7 cooling the cpu which is a 1.4 Athlon (Stepping AYHJA).... not sure on how to get the max out of it??

I currently hav the multiplier set to 11.5 ...which is 1536... can it go higher ??.. And how is the best way to do it ?? I was told I could run the FSB at 166 and drop the multiplier ?? Not really sure how to do that !!
