best way to oc memory?

I have a gigabyte mobo with kingston value ram, I am wondering what is the easiest way to oc it or if I can do it at all?

what model Gigabyte board are you using?

the best way would be to select a different memory divider on the bios...or use the divider you already are using and raise your FSB.

I am using the ga-kv800m v.2, or something like that. I don't think that my bios has the option to select a different memory divider unless it is called something else on the bios. I also haven't seen anything about being able to change the fsb on it either
