Best way to migrate W8.1 to new HDD/ SSD

Ladies, Gentlemen,

Pretty much as the title says : I have spent much time into my current 8.1 install and do not want to re-install. Cloning is not an option, as the source is a RAID-0 setup and the destination is a single SSD.

Any tips on how I can move or 'import' my existing install without having to go through too much re-configuring?:hmm:
