Best way to migrate Outlook Data from WinXP machine to new Win 7

This is from Outlook 2007.

I should mention that the WinXP machine was upgraded from Outlook 2003 to 2007 some time ago and know that it kept the old (is it .pst) 2003 file structure which will eventually cause problems with 2007 (encountered it once already)

What's the best way to migrate this over to a new fresh install of Win 7 Pro 64 bit?

TIA

Well if you're already using Outlook 2007 on Windows XP then you should just have to copy your .pst file and import it under your Win7 install. Shouldn't be an issue.

That is one way, or if you are worried about the issues you said you experienced before, create the new outlook profile on windows 7, it will create a new blank .pst file and then you can just import the information from the old pst file
