I brought a pizza home just now. But the other person helping me eat it won't be home for 3 hours.

I put a few slices in the oven on "warm" but after about a half hour they too started getting harder on the crust.

Is there a way to keep it "good as new" for 3 hours, or am I screwed?

personally what I would do is let it cool to room temperature, then put it in the fridge. When said friend arrives, heat in oven. Crust will be both soft and crispy.

who wants hot pizza? I thought everyone understood cold pizza and beer to be the perfect meal.

Eat it all yourself and order a new one when the other person gets there.

Nope. Easiest and best way is to reheat the pie in the oven on 350 for 10 minutes. Any other method results in a really tough crust, or something soggy as hell. Just put it in the fridge and have it ready for them when they get to you. You got about 15 minutes on low heat before the gremlins take the good out of your pie.

I'd do this or even skip the fridge step. Just heat it up when it's time to eat it.
