best way to learn Access XP?

I had some fun with Microsoft Access from Office XP in one of my programming classes a few semesters ago and I'd like to learn it. If you've studied it before, what's a good book or training resource? I see a few books on Amazon but I like getting user opinions before buying.

get a job where you'd have to use it on a daily basis. That's the best way to learn Access XP.

That's what I did. I have a couple hours a day while waiting for queries to run to play around with it. I just use the help or tutorials. I'm getting pretty good at it.
