What is the most trouble free way to install this new Radeon card. I will be replacing my Voodoo3 on my Win2k/98 system. Thanks in advance!:)

I've heard the latest betas (3124s) have broke HyperZ. The 3116 betas are supposed to be better...but this is just what I've heard. I'm personally using the 3116s with no problems in games that I'm playing.

Doh...I misread what OS you were using. The 3124 drivers are for Win2k. I'm not familiar with the beta 98 drivers. You should check www.rage3d.com if you haven't already. That's basically the Radeon users help group.

I just came to Jesus with my new Radeon 64 last week. I opted for a format and reinstall of everything to keep the Radeon install Koser. Im using the 5.13.1.3116 drivers in win2k without any issues. I have found the ATI 4.1 DVD software very buggy so I just installed windvd 2.3 and tweaked it with DVDgenie and the DVD looks much better than from my Gforce ddr. If you dont want to reinstall everything just make sure you have got rid of all the V3 inf files and the V3 entries in the registry.
