You can use any theme that you had before. Just double click the theme file and it will work in xp's theme properties. It's better because it is replacing the windows theme dll thus you wont be using extra memory running a program that basically does the same thing.

What is the procedure for going through this? Can I still make use of my stylexp themes that I dled? Why is this method good?

1. Search for Windows XP SP2 + uxtheme.dll on Google.
2. Rename current uxtheme.dll to uxtheme.old
3. Copy new uxtheme.dll to C:\Windows\System32
4. Download themes at NeoWin or DeviantArt
5. Copy themes to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
6. Go to display properties (Right click on desktop)
7. Select themes and colors from "Appearance" tab
