Yup. Does she wear pantyhose often? I've found that the shoes I wear with hose are the ones that stink.

I'm afraid that your only recourse is surgery.

She does need to shower every day, wear clean socks every day and maybe use spray deodorant on her feet?

Or, if her shoes are just rotting and make her feet stink, she should wash them with a damp rag, put them in a plastic bag and freeze them (it kills the bacteria that make shoes smell).

That should solve things quick. Why doesn't bathe regularly?

Not necessarily. If she's wearing shoes that don't allow air to get to the sweaty areas of the feet, the bacteria will take over, causing the bad smell, same as with your armpits. Insoles that are made to combat that problem should do the trick.

take your feet off clean at the shins (to be safe) and put them in a ziplog bag overnight with some baking soda.

I guarentee that foot odor will no longer trouble you:D

soap and water... just have her keep that up for a couple days. it's fungus and BO that cause that. imagine the perfect conditions your feet provide for bacteria! dark, wet, mmmm, mold condos

Tell her to wear shoes that make her feet "breathe"; if she wears open-toed shoes/sandals/slides/flip-flops a lot, she might want to alternate between wearing those and wearing "regular" shoes.

Odor eaters simply mask the smell. You should tell her to attack the source. Shower at least 2x a week! Here you go, print this out and post it on her door -- that should send a clear signal about her smelly feet! :)

Buy her socks for Christmas. In fact, tell your entire family and relatives to buy her socks! Hopefully, she'll have enough so that she doesn't reuse 'em without washing first... :Q
