Best way to get rid of spyware on computer?

I made $200 last night by removing viruses and spyware from a wealthy family's computer. took from 6:30 to 11 to get everything working right again.

And you call yourself a geek?

Ad Aware rules! just make sure you do an update to it after installing it before running it though.
