Make sure you have a good map - routes can be confusing at times (NY-philly)

I grew up right outside NE philly.. its a little over an hr to nyc..

AND Desturel, it doesnt cost $30 in tolls for that road trip.

i live in the dc area and go to school in philly and visit ny often so i know this scene pretty intimately.

have done the dc-philly drive once and dc-ny drive twice in teh last two months

it's not 30 bucks but it gets awfully close to that once you hit nyc... stupid hudson tunnel and new jersey turnpike tolls are insanely expensive.

i personally find driving to be very soothing and very easy. save for the lack of food choices when you hit the nj turnpike. bastards charge 9 dollars for a burger king value meal .....
