BEST Way to Get *FM RADIO* on PC????

All I know about is the Hauppage PCI TV/FM Tuner card for $49 at Frys.

Are there any other cheaper/better cards/methods that can bring good reception FM RADIO through my PC speakers?.....

The Hauppage is a nice card but I use the NewQ Platinum, although it costs a little more , it works without the OS and has a nice visual graphics feature...also there is the DLink DSB-R100 USB Radio that is no longer made but works fine in XP with some hacked drivers and great in Win 98/ME

the easiest way would be to get an FM walkman and a cord with two male plugs, one end goes into the walkman out, the other end goes in to the aux in on your sound card. Maybe that's not what you're looking for but it works like a charm.
